The bathroom is well appointed with complimentary essentials including:
Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, and a hairdryer. This property is perfect for relaxing and a spacious private patio. Enjoy the convenience of being just minutes away from local parks and supermarkets.

Upon arrival you have access to the designated parking to the left side of the driveway. The lockbox is next to the private entrance self checking only.

Animal dander can trigger severe allergic reactions for the host or future guests. Standard cleaning cannot remove all microscopic pet hair and dander from furniture and carpets. If the rules are violated an additional of $150 fees will be charged for a deep cleaning

5: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit if any of these rules are violated an additional $200 fees will be charged

6: Quiet time from 9:00pm till 9:00am.

7: No parties allowed in the property its intended for quiet enjoyment and relaxation penalties for violation of policy may apply

8: If the keys got lost an additional fees will be charged of $150:00 for the replacement


If the rules are not followed Airbnb will be notified immediately and guest will be asked to leave the house without a refund.
