Expansive openings connect the air-conditioned interiors directly to the covered terraces, private swimming pool and peaceful harbour views beyond, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow effortlessly together.

Breton House accommodates up to 8 guests across four king bedrooms, with each bedroom enjoying its own private ensuite bathroom.

Three bedrooms are located within the main residence, while the separate guest cottage provides an additional king bedroom, private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. It is an ideal arrangement for families, couples travelling together or multigenerational groups looking for a little additional privacy while still holidaying together.

At the heart of the villa is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen centred around a large island. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or sitting down for dinner with the family, you'll find everything you need, including a refrigerator and freezer, range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee equipment, blender, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and more.

The beautifully furnished living room opens directly onto the covered waterfront terrace.

Step outside and you'll find one of Breton House's defining features: its private swimming pool overlooking the harbour.

Spend the afternoon relaxing on the sun loungers, settle into the shaded outdoor lounge, or gather around the covered dining table for a long Caribbean lunch or dinner.

The outdoor dining space seats 8 guests, and a BBQ is available for guest use with propane supplied.

The pool area also includes an outdoor shower and additional outdoor bathroom/toilet, making days spent outside especially convenient.

Throughout the villa you'll find the practical comforts needed for an effortless stay, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs in select areas, washer and dryer, iron, hairdryers, safes, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas.

Breton House enjoys a beautiful waterfront position on Harbour Island within Jolly Harbour, combining peaceful harbour living with easy access to many of the area's beaches, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities.

Both Jolly North Beach and Jolly South Beach are within walking distance, while Epicurean supermarket, the Jolly Harbour commercial area, restaurants and everyday conveniences are also close by.

Guests are within easy reach of the Jolly Harbour community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, Athletic Club and Jolly Harbour Golf Club, which is just a short stroll away.

One of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to get around Jolly Harbour and explore Antigua's southwest coast is by electric golf cart, which TideLuxe can arrange for your stay.

Guests enjoy private use of Breton House in its entirety, including the main residence, separate guest cottage, private swimming pool, covered terraces, outdoor living and dining areas, and waterfront grounds.

Guests also have access to the Jolly Harbour community swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts, which are included with the rental.

The nearby Jolly Harbour Athletic Club offers gym and fitness facilities. Gym access is not included with the villa and an additional fee applies.

A Pack 'n Play and high chair can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Please note that Breton House has both a private swimming pool and direct waterfront position. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool and waterfront areas.

-Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been arranged through TideLuxe.

-No pets.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-Breton House is directly waterfront but does not have a private dock or boat berth.
