The cottage is a separate building on our ranch and has a seperate driveway and privacy from the main ranch house.
The entire cottage is for guests. No breakfast, but light snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sweeteners, some condiments & spices are included.
The Kitchen includes a wine cooler to store your favorite bottle from the next door winery.
Available by phone or text as needs arise.
Enjoy a stay on a working horse ranch with a winery next door. Enjoy the gently rolling landscape of the East Texas piney woods with lush green pastures intermixed between pine and hardwood forests.
Walk thru the ranch rosemary patch to the winery and enjoy a discounted wine tasting for cottage guests.
Artisan breakfast bread basket at checkin for guests booking a Friday through Sunday night stay.
For all guests - note that our rate includes any and all 'extra charges', i.e. there are no 'cleaning fees'. First 2 pets are free, 3rd pet is $25.
Guests are responsible for routine kitchen/bathroom cleanup. Guests staying one week or more, are responsible for laundering linens/towels (cottage has washer/dryer) during your stay. Guests may request linen services for longer stays at an additional cost.
For guests who book long term stays, i.e. greater than 2 weeks, guests must allow the owner and maid service 3 hours per 2 weeks to perform a basic cleaning of the kitchen, vacuum & mop the entire space and clean the bathrooms. This is so we can maintain our cleanliness standard for the cottage.
For guests traveling with horses, we can accommodate your horse with short term boarding in a paddock adjacent to the cottage. Please inquire with hosts.
