Bright open-concept living area including the kitchen, dining room, and living room, with a cozy reading nook by the wood-burning fireplace. Also includes a powder room, laundry room, and a spacious entryway. Direct access to a three-season screened-in deck and the backyard.

Upstairs
Two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed, a desk, and a full bathroom. A multi-purpose open-concept space is also available for yoga, meditation, working out, or as a games room.

Please note: The garden level is rented year-round.

Swell Lake Beach (Summer Season)

Just 3 km from Maison Pleine Lumière, you'll discover the beautiful **Swell Lake Beach**, a peaceful, family-friendly spot that's perfect for enjoying the summer.

The beach offers a sandy shoreline, a grassy picnic area with tables, a tennis court (tennis rackets are available for your use at the house), a pedal boat, and a dock with a diving board for those who enjoy swimming.

The swimming area is clearly marked and supervised, providing a safe environment that is ideal for young children and families.

Beach Access

Two beach access wristbands are provided with your stay. The beach is private and reserved for members of the Swell Lake Association.

Swell Lake Beach is cherished for its friendly atmosphere, peaceful setting, and beautiful natural surroundings. To help everyone enjoy this special place, we kindly ask that you respect the grounds, facilities, and the peace and quiet of other visitors.


You will have access to the property, the terrace, and the backyard. A walking trail is located directly behind the house.

Nearby, you will find all amenities: grocery stores, restaurants, a microbrewery, a butcher shop, a pharmacy, boutiques, parks, trails, a beach, a winter market, and more.
