Located 5 minutes from Limetree Bay Oil Storage Terminal (formerly HOVENSA), 5 minutes from major shopping, 5 minutes from downtown Christiansted, 7 minutes from one of the best beaches on island, and 3 minutes from the island's best gym.

It is highly recommended that you obtain a rental vehicle.

Please note that the host resides on a separate floor of the property.

The guest apartment has its own private entrance and there are no shared interior living spaces. Your apartment and furnished porch are exclusively for your use.

The half-acre fenced and gated yard is shared with the host. Guests may occasionally see the host, the host's vehicle, or a landscaper maintaining the grounds.

We provide this information in advance so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

AIR CONDITIONING
Guests have full control of the apartment's air conditioning and may set it to their preferred comfort level while using the apartment.

To help conserve energy, we kindly ask guests to turn off the air conditioning and unnecessary lights when leaving the apartment for extended periods.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Guests have exclusive use of the furnished porch.

The larger half-acre fenced and gated yard is shared with the host and provides plenty of outdoor space for families to enjoy. Children should be appropriately supervised while using outdoor areas.

Major shopping, dining, fitness facilities, beaches, and other conveniences are generally within a short drive of approximately 10 minutes.
