• TVS are all equipped with Netflix and CRAVE
• Opulent dining room seats 12 for elegant dinners (ask us about private chef options)
• Private terrace on the upper level with Lawn Games for 2023

We have parking for 1 car in the garage. Doors have automatic locks to make self-check in a breeze. Street parking is also available around the corner. We apologize in advance but parking is scarce in our corner of the neighbourhood!

The neighbourhood is central to absolutely everything! We highly recommend you do a walking food tour of all the delicious restaurants and lounges in Bridgeland or grab some bikes and ride along the river pathways.

We have created an amazing house guide which explains the house and surrounding community. It will be sitting on the kitchen counter. We're also reachable through the Airbnb app and on the phone if necessary

There are almost 40 different restaurants, lounges, and breweries around the home which could all fight for the “Best Of” title. Pizza, sushi, Chinese, Pho, breakfast diner, ramen, donuts, ice cream, bbq, cocktails, ALL within walking distance (or hop on a scooter!). This home really is Foodies Ultimate Paradise. Foodies rejoice!

There are endless options for getting around. You will be 10 minutes to anywhere by car (1 free parking spot in the underground garage). Walking will be quite easy if you'd like the scenic route, but our favourite is ordering a scooter off the mobile apps and zipping through the quaint neighbourhoods surrounding downtown (Bridgeland, Inglewood, Kensington, along the river)

There is limited parking in this neighbourhood. We only have 1 underground parking space available.

If you have several cars there is additional free street parking, however subject to various time restrictions
