Inside, you’ll find five en-suite bedrooms, one super king, 2 king and 2 double, a cinema room, a playroom stocked with toys, games, and books, a lounge, study, and multiple seating areas—including upstairs landing and the large entrance hall. The double garage houses a gym and an outdoor toilet, and guests have full access. A fully equipped utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and all the essentials makes longer stays easy and convenient.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including gardens, patios, hot tub, cinema room, gym, playroom, and all living areas. The house is set down a private drive off the main road, fully gated and fenced, offering complete privacy and peace of mind while still being welcoming and easy to access.

Wi-Fi is via Starlink, with reliable high-speed coverage throughout the property.

Bluetooth speakers are available in the garden, garden room, kitchen, and Bedroom 1—please keep outdoor music down after 10 PM in keeping with the village location.

An iPad in the kitchen lets you control the robot hoover, blinds, and access all house instructions and guest info.

Hot tub use comes with simple safety instructions on the iPad.

Pets are considered at the host’s discretion.

If your requested dates don’t fit perfectly within the calendar, feel free to send us a message. As this is a large property requiring extensive cleaning and preparation between stays, our calendar is generally kept strict.
