The living area has a large grey sectional sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, sound system, board games, and a cozy wood-burning stove for unhurried evenings. A separate dining area beside the kitchen features plush green velvet chairs.

The contemporary kitchen pairs off-white cabinetry and wooden countertops with integrated appliances and everything needed to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, cookware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker/French press, hot-water kettle, wine glasses, and children’s dinnerware.

Sleep comfortably in two bedrooms:
• Primary bedroom with a tufted grey king-size bed and coral-coloured bedding
• Second bedroom with two single beds

Both bedrooms include fresh linens, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades. The contemporary bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Additional comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, the private patio offers outdoor furniture, a dining table with seating for four, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars.

You will have exclusive, private use of the entire two-bedroom home: the living area, kitchen, dining area, both bedrooms, bathroom, and private patio. Self check-in is available via lockbox.

Free driveway parking is available on the premises for one vehicle. The rear garden is not part of guest access and is currently out of bounds while garden works are scheduled. Side access is for emergency-exit use only.

We aim to provide a seamless and private experience for our guests. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available remotely via phone or messaging to assist with any questions or needs you may have.

For peace of mind, exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitors are on the property. Safety amenities include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.
