The unit is located in a local residential neighborhood, giving you an authentic Kona experience. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors.
For your comfort, the air conditioning is set between 72°F and 74°F. The system operates in Energy Saver mode, cycling on and off automatically to maintain your comfort while conserving energy.
Lastly, As part of island living, you may occasionally encounter small insects despite regular pest control.
We provide beach gear for your enjoyment—please rinse and return items after use.
