The ground floor features the main apartment with an open-plan living area, where the contemporary living room flows seamlessly into a sophisticated dining section. The first fully equipped kitchen stands ready with premium appliances, including a Nespresso machine and modern cooking facilities. The bedroom on this level features a versatile double bed that can be converted into singles, complemented by an ensuite bathroom with shower and an additional WC.

The upper level hosts a studio apartment with its own kitchen facilities, offering a second fully equipped cooking space with identical high-end appliances. This level features a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a tub, providing a private retreat within the villa.
