The townhouse is on a small family complex with a pool, squash court & a small gym. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Arenal beach and all amenities. Amazing location. 200 metres from the sea. NO young adult groups allowed. Minimum age 25. Ideal for families or couples.

Casa Amarillo, townhouse is a lovely modern house. There are two entrances one at the back and one in the gated complex. The ground floor has a comfortable lounge/dining room for 8 persons. A full kitchen and a toilet. There is a back courtyard with a table and a front terrace with a table overlooking the pool with a secure gate. On the first floor, one double, one twin, a king sized bed with en suite. A third bathroom also. The top floor has 2 sunny terraces, a double sofa bed and 2 single beds.

We have 2 private parking places in our underground garage. There is also on street parking. There is a front door and back door. 3 entrances to the gated garden.

Guests will have the owner and managers details. We will be available for any questions. We can offer meet and greet if its not too late. We have a keybox too. Self check in.

Javea is a gem of a place. The Arenal sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk by the sea. It has all the activities, shops, restaurants and bars that you will need. There is a port area which is very cosmopolitan with lot's of amenities. The quaint old town pueblo is very spanish. It has many tapas bars. A beautiful cathedral with a real spanish flair. Javea (Xabia) has everything you will need for a holiday in Spain with family or friends.

Javea is 1.5 hours from Alicante airport and Valencia airport. It is ideally placed to visit the Costa Blanca. It is easier to get around with a bus or boat if you don't have a car.

The complex is typically spanish with a lovely garden and pool. It is well maintained daily. There is a full size squash court and we provide raquets. There is a small gym on the complex for guests use. We don’t allow groups of young adults . There is a noise restriction and family complex.
