Welcome to The Olive House, a charming three-bedroom, two-bath retreat within a 5-minute walk of downtown Chagrin Falls. With comfortable spaces to relax and plenty of room for family or friends, it’s an inviting home base for exploring local shops and restaurants or simply slowing down together. Settle in, make yourself at home, and enjoy the warmth and character of this thoughtfully prepared getaway.

The primary bedroom is on the first floor, so there’s no need to climb stairs to reach it. The kitchen, primary bathroom, and upstairs bathroom were all newly renovated in 2026. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, dinnerware, and cookware and features a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, oven, and stovetop.

The dining room seats six and opens to the living room, where a TV and plenty of comfortable seating create a welcoming spot for conversation, movie nights, or relaxing after a day in town.

Guests have access to the home’s living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and basement laundry area. The detached garage and the crawl space behind the locked door at the far end of the basement are private and not available to guests.
