Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.MAXIMUM VEHICLES:  The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home is associated with a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining.  A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge 4.75% of the total reservation amount. Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner, for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
