It features an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and vanity, luxury side tables with lamps, dressers, and comfortable seating. The second-floor king suite also features luxury furnishings, a large TV, and an ensuite bathroom with spa-like amenities, including a soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. There is also an executive desk area so you can work remotely or plan out your time while your loved one stretches out on the private balcony overlooking the Black River. The second-floor queen room features a separate reading nook and private bath with a walk-in shower and vanity. Lastly, the second-floor triple bunk room has a sofa and entertainment area, ensuite bathroom, and TV. The lower level offers a King bedroom and is close to the common bathroom and dry-bar for this space. Outdoor SpacesThough there is more than enough space to roam inside, feel free to take advantage of the front patio firepit and outdoor seating.Key Features~ Overlooking Black River~ Central Downtown Location~ Indoor/Outdoor Entertaining Areas~ 3 Primary Suites~ Fire Pit Table~ 0.4 Miles from South Beach~ 0.1 Miles from Downtown South Haven  Bedrooms Bed 1st Floor Bedroom 1 King Bed w/ Private Bathroom, Sleeps 2 2nd Floor Bedroom 1 King Bed w/ Private Bathroom & TV, Sleeps 2 2nd Floor Bedroom 3 Twin Bunk Bed & Sofa Sleeper w/ Bathroom & TV, Sleeps 5 2nd Floor Bedroom 1 Queen Bed w/ Private Bathroom, Sleeps 2 Lower Level Bedroom 1 King Bed, Sleeps 2     Bathrooms Comments 1st Floor Half Bathroom Toilet, Vanity 1st Floor Bathroom Soaking Tub, Shower, Vanity 2nd Floor Bathroom Soaking Tub, Shower, Double Vanity 2nd Floor Bathroom Tub/Shower Combo, Vanity 2nd Floor Bathroom Shower, Vanity Lower Level Bathroom Tub/Shower Combo, Vanity
