A wall of windows featuring views of the beach on main floor. The top level features the master suite with sitting area overlooking the ocean and large master bathroom. Ocean front covered porches located on the 1st and main levels. The main level also has an open deck facing the ocean. TVs are located in the living room family room and all bedrooms but the bunk bedroom. Other amenities include wet bar (no icemaker) in living room WiFi ceiling fans throughout elevator usage (with permission) grill and under cover parking. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge 4.75% of the total reservation amount. Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner, for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
