This is a renovated historic rowhouse spread across two floors with 1,384 sq ft of living space. The home was fully updated in 2019 with dual-zone HVAC, luxury vinyl flooring, and modern fixtures throughout.

The main floor has a living room with a 96-inch TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a half bathroom, and a dedicated office nook. The backyard is private and fenced, with a firepit and a built-in BBQ grill. The front porch faces a tree-lined residential street.

Upstairs you will find four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and a second 96-inch TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen beds. Bedroom 4 has a full-size bed. Total sleeping capacity is 8 guests.

The house has high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and free street parking directly outside. Pets are welcome with a pet fee.

You will have the entire house to yourselves — there are no shared spaces. The property spans two full floors with 1,384 sq ft of living space, including four bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, office nook, 1.5 bathrooms, and a private backyard with firepit and BBQ grill.

The washer and dryer are located in the basement, which is also accessible to you. The front porch and backyard are both part of your private space for the duration of your stay.

DuPont Circle, the National Mall, Georgetown, and Smithsonian museums are all within 20 minutes by Metro or rideshare. Buses run frequently, and ride-sharing is always available.

This is a historic rowhouse in a residential neighborhood. The street is generally quiet, though you may hear typical city sounds from nearby streets.

Smoking of any kind is permitted in the outdoor spaces only — the backyard and front porch. Please do not smoke inside the house.

The house has 1.5 bathrooms: a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor. Trash and recycling pickup is handled by the city; bins are located in the backyard.

Columbia Heights is one of DC's most walkable neighborhoods. The Metro station is a short walk away, and 14th Street offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

During winter months (November through March), walkways, stairs, and the driveway are cleared and salted before each check-in. DC winters can bring snow and ice — please use caution on outdoor surfaces and let us know immediately if conditions need attention. The house is well-heated with central heat on both floors.
