PARKING: Please obey all parking signage

NOISE: This is a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a reasonable level after 10 PM, especially in the backyard.

TRASH: Trash and recycling bins are located in the backyard. Please bag all trash before placing it in the bin.

The apartment is garden-level (basement) with a separate entrance. Natural light comes through windows on one side. Ceiling height and lighting levels are typical for a renovated garden-level unit.
