Set across 2.3 private acres, The Pond House combines the space and tranquillity of a country property with convenient access to Auckland. At the heart of the home is a large kitchen overlooking the gardens, flowing into generous open-plan living and dining areas. A second lounge opens directly onto the pool deck, giving families and groups several spaces to spend time together or spread out. During the cooler months, the wood-burning fireplace creates a warm, inviting place to settle in for the evening.

• The property uses rainwater, so water pressure may occasionally be lower than at city properties
• As this is a rural property, wildlife, insects & occasional country pests may be present
