Cozy renovated cottage located by the Hallingdal river near the center of Ål with living room, kitchen with dining room, bedroom, newly renovated bathroom with shower cubicle, wc and washing machine, as well as a loft with two beds. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and fire pit. Great view to the river. The kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment and crockery, hobs, kettle, coffee machine, micro wave oven and new fridge. Central location and a short way to the mountain with cross-country skiing trails and ski resorts. Plenty of space for parking right next to the cabin. The cabin consists of two units and we rent both out - when we are not using one ourselves. Spacious cabin, practically furnished and high under the roof. Bedroom with continental bed with Jensen mattress and Tempur mattress topper, down duvets and pillows. In the loft there are two floor mattresses that are also comfortable to lie on. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. This cabin is marked with number 8 and is the left half of the cabin. it has a large, nice and sunny terrace (when it's sunny :-)) with a view over the river and the mountain sides. As a guest, you have access to your part of the cabin and the associated outdoor area. It is also possible to hang a hammock in the trees outside the cabin if you want to lie down and listen to the sound of the stream. Nice hiking opportunities on foot right outside the cabin wall, or you can try your luck fishing in the river that runs past the cabin. It is possible to walk/cycle to the center of Ål (30-45 min). Short distance to the center of Ål (5 min by car) and Hallingdal holiday park with climbing park, mini golf, playground, visitor farm and boat and canoe hire. Nice center in Ål with shops, liquor store, café, restaurants, cinema etc. Large sports complex with football field, training facilities and swimming facilities only 5 minutes from the cabin. Newly established unique frisbee golf course in the forest 15 steps from the cabin - Hallingdal frisbeegolf - free to use. Parking outside the cabin wall, easy access straight from the national road. Nice area for cycling and hiking.
