Whether you’re headed to compete at the National Shooting Complex, celebrating a BMT graduation at Lackland, adventuring at SeaWorld or Six Flags, visiting UTSA, or enjoying San Antonio’s close shops and restaurants, the Alamo Ranch Retreat 2 is designed to give you the comfort of home with the style and amenities of a boutique stay.

The townhome is located in a gated community in the extended Alamo Ranch area with 24hr access during your stay. Note San Antonio is the 7th largest city in the country and this zip code was the fastest growing area last year, so there will be traffic. Park in the driveway directly in front of the unit's right garage. The left side is reserved for the unit next door. Limited extra parking is available in the spaces across the street from the unit.

The entire space is yours except access to the garage, attic and pantry/hall closet but there is plenty of cabinetry for your food items. Garage is not available for guest stays under 28+ days; however pre-authorization is available for guests requesting usage of the Electrical Vehicle (EV) plug or otherwise for an extra charge. EV charging cable is not provided. Please send an inquiry to add garage, high chair or pack and play as an amenity at time of booking since access must be pre-coordinated to add to the cleaners notes.

Gated community of mixed design two-story townhomes, located in San Antonio's fast-growing far west Alamo Ranch extended area. Guests can explore other nearby attractions:

Note: Community features a small park with slide and swings. Occasionally the entrance gate may malfunction and need repair, so may not be functional. Owner relies on the HOA to maintain. As at your home or any location in a big city, please lock your car doors.

The community is located in one of the fastest growing areas in San Antonio, so guests may experience traffic and construction. Although there are no rear neighbors, a wall is shared with the connected townhome that is occupied. Hearing an occasional car pass by during your stay is possible and a sound machine is available if needed. Parking is onsite.

This is an HOA gated community and is a no animals (whether accompanying visitors or staying overnight) due to pet dander allergies, no parties or large gatherings, no smoking, no parking on the curbs/sidewalks/grass or on other people’s driveways, pick up your trash property. If you have two cars and it hangs over the sidewalk completely, please park in the extra spots across the street. If we received a HOA fine from your stay, a request will be made for reimbursement of the fee invoiced after your stay with proof as letters are delayed.
