The Historic Haus at Three Oaks Farm is a rare blend of preserved Texas heritage and intentional, high-end design. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from slow mornings with coffee to elegant dinners after a day at the Round Top Antique Show, just five minutes away. Guests have access to the full house, and fenced area around the house to themselves. The farm is open to explore as well, but please be courteous of other guest areas.

Round Top is a quiet, rural hamlet centered on antiques, art and seasonal festivals (Spring and Fall Antique Weeks, smaller markets and pop‑up venues). Main local draws are Henkel Square, The Compound/Bull Market, Royer’s Round Top Cafe and numerous antiques dealers along State Hwy 237 and Main Street — the immediate area is oak‑lined country roads, farms and event barns. Primary access is by private car — the area is rural and low on public transit. The town is highly walkable within the small downtown and market clusters (Live Oak St / Main St) but most guests will drive between properties, markets and nearby towns. Rideshare availability (Uber/Lyft) is limited and can have long wait times; local taxi or shuttle services and private transfers are commonly used during large events. Nearest full‑service towns for groceries and services include Brenham and La Grange.

There are two additional homes located on the property; however, each residence is thoughtfully positioned with significant distance and privacy between them.
