Just a few minutes away from the Redneck Riviera, the world-famous Sand Bar is a great place to anchor and have fun.
There's a canal out back where you can fish right from the property.

Known as the Bass Capital, you are just a few minutes away from the St. Johns River, Crescent Lake, and even Lake George, the second largest lake in Florida. We have a fish cleaning station, a grill, a table with an umbrella, and a fire pit.
There is plenty of parking beside the home for your boat or other toys! You can put the boat in the water near us and dock it behind the home if you would like.
Your Satsuma getaway awaits at this charming 2-bedroom cottage. Inside, guests will find a PRIVATE bedroom with a queen bed and TV. The loft area UPSTAIRS has a KING BED (you must be fit to go up and down stairs, but it is perfect for kids!). It even has a fireplace and TV upstairs, along with a cozy living room that features a fold-out full bed and a large Internet TV. The kitchen is equipped with a GAS STOVE and OVEN, a MICROWAVE, a full-size REFRIGERATOR, and a SMALL DISHWASHER, as well as an all-in-one WASHER and DRYER. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig and coffee pods, plus cookware and utensils.
