Free street parking only. Please note that parking availability cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the area and current demand.

There is no garage parking available at this property. Please be sure to follow all posted parking signs and local parking regulations. We are not responsible for any parking tickets, citations, or vehicles that are towed.

There is usually street parking available within a block of the property, with Ivy Street often being the best option.

✔ Flight Path Notice – The property is located under the San Diego airport flight path. While flights are less frequent after midnight, light sleepers or those sensitive to noise may prefer a quieter location.

✔ Furniture Policy – To maintain the home’s condition, we kindly ask that furniture remains in its place. A $100 minimum fee will be charged if any furniture has been moved.

✔ Pet-Friendly Stay – We’re happy to host you and your furry friend! A pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet.

Pet Rules & Etiquette 🐾

Please review and follow our pet guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay:

Pet Limit: A maximum of one pet is allowed.

Furniture: Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or other furniture.

Cleanliness: Before checkout, please ensure there is no pet hair, urine, or feces anywhere inside the house or on the property.

Additional Cleaning Fees: The pet fee covers permission to bring your pet, not extra cleaning. If excessive pet hair, mess, urine, or feces is found after checkout, additional cleaning charges will apply and will be charged to you.

Undeclared Pets: Bringing a pet without informing us and receiving approval will result in a $500 fine.

Parking: Free street parking is available where permitted, but we cannot guarantee a parking space. There is usually parking available within a block, especially on Ivy Street. Garage parking is not available at all. The guests should use street parking where permitted. Guests are responsible for following all posted parking signs and local parking regulations, and we cannot be responsible for any tickets or towing.

*IMPORTANT: Air Conditioning: We are currently waiting for replacement control board parts to be delivered for the central A/C system. Until the repair is completed, central air conditioning is not available. To help keep the home comfortable, we have portable A/C unit available for guest use.
