⚠️ IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
To ensure the safety of our property and maintain compliance with local regulations for mid-term stays, all guests are required to complete our secure partner screening process within 48 hours of booking.
Immediately after your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link from our property management system (Hospitable) to complete the following:
Identity Verification: A secure upload of a government-issued photo ID and a matching selfie.
Rental Agreement: Electronic signature of our standard mid-term rental agreement.
Security Hold: A $300 security deposit is required for incidentals. Pending positive check-out inspection results, the deposit will be returned in full except for a $6 processing fee.

Please Note: Check-in instructions and smart lock access codes will not be released until both the ID verification is successfully completed and the rental agreement is signed. Failure to complete these steps within 48 hours of booking may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

House Rules & Occupancy
• Single occupancy preferred; occasional overnight guest permitted
• No unauthorized long-term guests or subleasing
• No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use inside or on premises
• No parties, large gatherings, or events
• No pets, sorry
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Property Care & Maintenance
• Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance needs promptly
• No moving or rearranging furniture without approval
• Only small décor/hanging items with removable adhesive hooks; no wall holes
• Keep all provided furnishings, cookware, and linens in the unit

Cleaning & Laundry
• Guest is responsible for regular cleaning during their stay
• Washer and dryer to be used by guest only (light and reasonable use)
• A professional cleaning will be required at move-out ($300 fee included in your stay) - this fee also covers generous cleaning supplies and toiletries for your stay

Kitchen Use
• Kitchen includes stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and full-size refrigerator
• No oven or dishwasher provided—please hand wash dishes
• Dispose of food and keep surfaces clean to avoid pests
• Trash and recycling required to be taken to outdoor receptacles frequently to ensure proper cleanliness and to mitigate pests.
