Set within the wooded Northbrook community, the condo offers direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail network. Head out for a morning walk with your dog, explore on foot, or enjoy snowshoeing when conditions allow.

North Conway village, restaurants, and outlet shopping are just minutes away, with White Mountain hiking and skiing within easy reach. Fill your day with adventure, browse the shops, or linger over lunch—the choice is yours.

In summer, spend a little downtime at the seasonal community pool before returning home for dinner.

Two parking spaces are available at the unit. Additional vehicles must use the community overflow lot, with directions provided in your check-in guide.

Guest limit: The condo accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

Residential community: Northbrook has full-time neighbors. Please respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties and events are not permitted.

Dogs welcome with approval: Dogs under 50 pounds are permitted, subject to community breed restrictions. Please message us before booking to confirm your dog is allowed. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and guests must pick up after them.

Parking: Two vehicles may park at the unit. Please use the overflow lot for additional vehicles.

Trash disposal: Place trash in the community’s bear-proof dumpsters.

Seasonal pool: The community pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
