During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire property, including the backyard, where you can enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor amenities.

The laundry is located in the basement - the guests do have access to it, however the basement is not finished and we ask that you only use the washer and dryer down there. Please reach out for the basement door code when needed.

Our home is nestled in the historic neighborhood near Hyde Park. We're on a quiet, residential street of beautiful architecture and Kansas City culture, just minutes from the main hub of restaurants, museums, and attractions.

Centrally located, yet cozied away for a private stay, our home is perfect for staying in to relax or going out to explore the community!

• Please respect our neighbors and be mindful of quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The maximum occupancy is 8 guests; no additional visitors are permitted.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property.
• We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after at all times.


Other Things to Note:

Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise - in order to respect the peace in the community we do have noise monitoring devices indoors and outdoors. These devices do not record audio but will measure your decibel levels to ensure they're in line with our neighborhood restrictions and quiet hours.
