At Springwood Escape, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Because our property features a variety of premium indoor and outdoor amenities, the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and complete a brief Amenity Access & Safety Agreement prior to arrival.
This agreement helps ensure that everyone in your group understands the safety guidelines for our pool, hot tub, sauna, golf & multi-sport simulator, sports courts, outdoor movie theater and other recreational amenities, so you can relax, have fun, and enjoy your stay with confidence.

🎥 EXTERRIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of our guests and the protection of the property, Springwood Escape is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and facing the driveway.
There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas. The cameras are used solely for security, monitoring arrivals, and helping enforce our no-party policy.

*🏊 POOL POLICY:
Pool heating is available for $100 per night and must be enabled for the entire duration of your stay.
Pool heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Pool heaters typically warm the water to approximately 30°F above the outside air temperature.
Pool heating is unavailable when outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F.
The heater cannot operate in freezing conditions, and heating requests during freezing conditions will be declined.
Pool heating fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of operating the heater regardless of usage or weather.

🧹 POOL MAINTENANCE
To ensure a top-tier experience, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. During your stay, our pool technician may briefly stop by to keep the water clean, balanced and ready for your enjoyment.
Service is limited to the outdoor pool area.
We strive to keep the maintenance quick and minimally disruptive.
Service timing may vary slightly due to weather and scheduling.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the pool clean, well-maintained and comfortable for every guest.

🌲 A NOTE ABOUT NATURE
Our cabin is nestled in the beautiful Broken Bow forest, where you will be surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. While we schedule regular professional pest control, occasional insects or wildlife are a natural part of the wooded environment.
To help minimize encounters, please keep doors closed when not in use and store food properly. Thank you for helping us preserve the beauty of the outdoors while ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. 💚

🛡️ TRAVEL INUSRANCE RECOMMENDED
For added peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance to help protect your trip investment against unexpected changes or cancellations.
