✅ This is a quiet residential neighborhood—please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.
✅ A Pack 'n Play is provided for families traveling with little ones. It is stored in the bedroom closet for safekeeping. Guests are welcome to set it up wherever it is most convenient during their stay.
✅ No parties or events allowed.
✅ No pets or smoking inside the home.
✅ The front porch, deck, and backyard are private for guest use.
✅ Laundry is in the second floor.
✅ Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per pet in addition to the standard pet rent fee.
✅ There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest, automatically included if booked correctly. If guests are added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and apply the extra fee.
✅ Early check-in/Late checkout may be available for an extra cost.
✅ During colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, or outdoor areas. Salt and sand are provided, but please exercise caution as weather can change rapidly.
