To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:

• Pet-friendly! Bring your furry friend along for a stay $300 pet fee applies.

•No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.

•No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes when entering the property. Walking around the property with outdoor shoes is not permitted.

•Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

•Respect the Property: Please take good care of the property, furniture, appliances and all provided amenities.

•No Moving Furniture: Please do not move furniture or rearrange household items.

•No Damage: Please treat the property with care. Any accidental damage should be reported to the host immediately.

• This is a non-smoking house. Violation will result in eviction and a $500 additional cleaning fee.

•Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property unless approved by the host.



Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy

For stays longer than one month, a mid-stay cleaning service is required once every month to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the property throughout your stay.

The mid-stay cleaning fee is charged separately and will be communicated to the guest before the cleaning is scheduled. This service includes general cleaning of the property and helps ensure the accommodation remains in excellent condition during extended stays.
