• Garage parking is not available because the garage is used for owner storage. Guests may enter the garage only to use the washer and dryer.
• Please observe posted street signs and do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or mailboxes.

There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, Airbnb will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.
