About this cabin
Perched just over 3,000 feet, 41 Catherine Dr has some of the best mountain views in Bryson City — and no neighbors in sight from anywhere on the property. The main level opens straight into a vaulted living room facing the view, with a bedroom, full kitchen, and a deck for morning coffee or evening grilling. Upstairs, a loft suite catches the same view through oversized windows. Downstairs, behind its own door, a private retreat with a fireplace and deck of its own — built for a second couple who'd rather not share a floor. A hot tub, double-level decking, and a pullout couch round it out for larger groups.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY**
The road up is paved and gravel both — no 4WD needed, but it climbs. That's what earns the view. We can't control the weather, and your vehicle's safety on the road is your own responsibility. Weather isn't grounds for a refund outside our standard cancellation policy.
**PET POLICY**
No pets — a $250 fee applies for any unclaimed pet found on the property.
**RENTAL AGREEMENT**
Your booking isn't confirmed until you've signed the required rental agreement — a link is included in your booking confirmation.
**CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT**
Check-in is 4PM, checkout 10AM, set by how far our team has to travel on these mountain roads. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $12/hr — just ask.
**TRASH**
Bag everything before it goes in the outside bin — no loose trash, please.
