The Bay View San Remo *

The double-storey home consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a beautiful modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with fantastic views throughout the house.

You will think you could be in a tropical location when you relax with a solar-heated/not-heated swimming pool (Note: the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed; it is subject to the amount of sunlight).

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 10 PEOPLE

Bedroom 1: 1 x king bed (2 guests) - upper level
Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed (2 guests) - upper level
Bedroom 3: 1 x queen bed (2 guests) - lower level
Bedroom 4: 2 x single bunk beds (4 guests) - lower level

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a delivery/set-up/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise that Ready Set Stay's 48-hour last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
