Driveway can fit 3-4 average size cars. Suburban location to so very easy to get around and Ubers available if necessary.

We welcome longer stays and front-line responders! This a great residential area and perfect for longer stays.

This is South Florida so you may see bugs, small lizards, other pests, etc. inside due to the tropical environment. We do have regular pest control, but they can still get inside. Please keep windows and doors closed to help keep them out.

There are no refunds for storms, hurricanes, lost power/leaks due to storms, etc.

Be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Please note that a $750 fully refundable security deposit will be collected after booking

A separate rental agreement will be sent out electronically after booking for e signature. Signing of the agreement is required. This agreement outlines house rules and policies.
