We are conveniently located in between Joshua Tree, Pioneertown and Landers!

The neighborhood that surrounds The Hi Desert Onyx is pretty quiet. All of our neighbors have bigger plots of land and keep to themselves. Please enjoy the serenity of this small community.

Getting around by personal car is best. Ubers, Lyfts and local taxis aren't super reliable. We have on-site, free parking.

Additional guests beyond your booking are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Dog friendly ($75 pet fee). No dogs on furniture. Please report at booking if bringing a pet.

Septic system: flush only toilet paper.

Bring your own firewood for the fire pit (purchase locally).

No smoking anywhere on property.

Events or photo shoots require prior approval and separate fees.

Desert plants have sharp thorns, take care with pets and children.

Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Sound carries far in the desert.
