Feel free to try out the swimming pool and the mini walking circuit on the 1st floor. Free to use for the guest. Open all days except Mondays.
Next, have a bite at Mercado Sugbo just outside of the building. They have all kinds of international cuisines in mini format.
Or go over to the new Ayala mall with plenty of the regular restaurant chains and then some. There's also a supermarket in the basement and a bunch of stores.
Some favorite stores in the mall are: Xiaomi on the top floor for phones and other gadgets. Two different Japanese household stores that have some good quality stuff.
This is a great location in Cebu IT Park with the garden area just outside where you can find Mercado Sugbo with international street food and other restaurants. Also just 1-3 minutes walk is the new Ayala shopping mall, as well as a plentitude of offices, banks , etc.
The Mactan/Cebu airport is less than 30 minutes away.
Cebu IT Park is very fresh and well-maintained, and there are wide streets and sidewalks, so it's easy to get around there on foot, bicycle or any other transportation. So, you can walk to restaurants, shops and offices :)
Avida Towers Cebu is perfectly located in Cebu IT Park :)
Parking
There's inexpensive parking on the street outside, typically PHP30 for 5 hours and PHP5/hour after that.
There's also a parking area 50m from the building, where they typically charge PHP5 per hour.
Buses and jeepneys
IT Park Transport Terminal has connections to most parts of Cebu and Mandaue, and it's just 100 m away from Avida Towers Cebu :)
Taxis
Most of the time, there are taxis waiting outside the building, so it's easy to get around :) You can also consider booking a Grab ride. It takes a few minutes of planning, but the Grab cars are mostly fresher and prices are often similar to taxis.
Airport
The Mactan/Cebu airport is 12 km away, and the ride normally takes 30 minutes with car.
Guests can access the amenities including swimming pool, kiddie pool, playground, walking/jogging circuit, etc., no fees.
Please note that the Swimming Pool is closed for cleaning on all Mondays.
