Our apartment can accommodate two guests. You have access to the entire apartment , private balcony and designated parking space.
We provide quick and responsive communication via Airbnb app.
- Our apartment is modern, bright, and exactly as shown in the photos. However, the building and it’s exterior looks older and more dated. This contrast has occasionally surprised guests, so we encourage you to review the EXTERIOR photos before booking.
- Some solo female guests arriving late at night have mentioned feeling slightly uneasy when retrieving the gate remote at our front entrance, as the road is typically quiet after dark. We share this simply for transparency, we have had zero security issues.
- Our apartment is located on a busy city street, you will be exposed to dogs barking and sounds from cars and trucks. These sounds occur from early in the morning and throughout the day. Ear plugs are provided. Please consider this, if you're sensitive to noise.
- Energy Saving Feature: The AC will automatically turn off if the front or balcony door is left open.
- Our apartment can only accomodate two guests as per our HOA.
- Smoking/parties/functions and/or events are not allowed.
- $250 fee if the apartment smells like smoke.
- $250 Replacement Cost for gate remote, if not returned at end of stay.
