Please note: Black Bear Lodge is located on an acre within a peaceful cabin community.

Guests have the whole cabin to themselves, except for the locked owners' mechanical and supply closets, and can self-check in using a keypad.

We are local owners of the Black Bear Lodge, not a property management company. We personally oversee every stay and are available by message 10am to 6pm daily for anything you need, with 24/7 emergency support. We take pride in this cabin and want every guest to have an exceptional experience. 🏡✨

We do have exterior cameras on the property. The front door has a doorbell camera, and we have a camera at the corner of the home facing the driveway, as well as a camera at the side entrance door facing the driveway.

Before arrival, guests must complete and sign a short-term rental agreement via our secure guest portal.
