The apartment is in a prime location. Whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s only a few minutes away!
1. Downtown st Pete: 5 minutes
2. Sunken garden: 2 minutes away
3. Vinoy park: 5 minute car ride
4. St Pete beach: 14 minute car ride
5. Madeira beach: 24 minute car ride

Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, gas stations, banks and anything else you may think of walking distance to home.

There is street parking, if you cannot find street parking, one designated parking spot is available for guests.

✓ No smoking indoors
✓ No dishwasher
✓ Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM

While each entrance has one designated parking space, I can’t guarantee it will always be available, as some guests occasionally do not follow the parking instructions. However, there is plenty of free street parking nearby if needed.
