The main house is a 1,400 sq ft, single-level ranch home built in 1951. Settle into the living room with its comfortable seating, 55-inch smart TV, and dedicated desk with office chair. The full kitchen, dining area, and in-unit laundry make the house especially convenient for longer visits and work assignments.

A few steps away, the detached 200 sq ft casita offers a cozy studio with its own entrance, queen bed, TV, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Guests have praised its comfort and cozy feel. It's a separate building—not a fourth bedroom inside the house—so someone in your group can enjoy a little extra privacy.

The main house has one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a half bath off the kitchen. The casita has a second full bathroom with an antique soaking tub and shower, a feature guests especially enjoy. We provide towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and other basic toiletries.

The main house kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and cooking essentials—everything you need to prepare meals rather than rely on takeout. The washer and dryer are also located in the main house.

The casita has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, counter space, and dishes for simple meals and snacks. There's no stove in the casita, but both buildings have coffee, cream, and sugar for an easy start to the day.

This booking includes the entire two-unit property: a 3-bedroom/1.5-bath main house and a separate 200 sq ft studio casita with a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. You will not share the yard with unrelated guests. Casita entry is outdoors, not through the main house. The casita uses its own window AC and supplemental heating. No pets or parties.
