For longer stays, a quick check-in message on arrival is always appreciated so I know you've settled in comfortably.

Keys can be collected from a nearby convenience store during store opening hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 22:00
• Sunday: 08:00 – 21:00

Please make sure to collect the key before the shop closes, as check-in will not be possible afterwards.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. A thorough professional cleaning is conducted after each check-out to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
As much as we adore furry companions, this home isn’t suitable for pets. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★
This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud activities. A $2000 penalty applies for violations.

★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud noise during these hours.

★ LINEN POLICY ★
Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests stated on your booking. Each guest receives one set per stay. Extra sets are available at $30 per set if requested at least 24 hours before your check-in.

★ TIDY UPON DEPARTURE ★
We appreciate it if you leave the home tidy. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience during your stay.
