Home Office
- Work remotely with a well-equipped workstation featuring high-speed Wifi (300+ Mbps), a height adjustable desk, two 27" HD computer monitors, a USB-C dock (Windows and Mac), printer, speaker/microphone, 2K HD web camera, keyboard, and mouse.
- Please note that the home office is in the third bedroom. Due to space constraints, the Murphy bed needs to be stowed prior to using the workstation.

- With the property's beautifully crafted yard, you'll be enticed to maximize your time outside.
- The front patio is a great reading spot with its Adirondack chairs and afternoon shade.
- The back deck calls for dinner al-fresco with a propane grill, seating for four, and ample lighting.
- Enjoy a game of cornhole with our hand crafted, Colorado-themed set (available June - September).

- Guests have access to community amenities including an outdoor pool (open June - August), tennis courts, and a playground.
- The property is located in a quiet suburban community with mature trees, well-manicured grassy areas, and a network of walking paths.

- A travel crib, booster seat, and gates for the stairs make traveling with young ones easier.

Convenience
- Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are available nearby. Please note that there is no guest access to the garage.
- The laundry room features a high-capacity washer & dryer.

You'll have access to the whole home except for the garage & unfinished basement (owner storage). Enjoy seamless self-check-in via a door code for the smart lock.

Host will not be at the property physically, but will be available via Airbnb message for questions and concerns.
