Bayview House is a stunning beach house located on Phillip Island, just a short walk to Red Rock Beach and a stone's throw from the Cowes main street.

Offering three bedrooms and a multi-use room with a single-sized day bed and single trundle bed, the house comfortably sleeps 9 adults.

With a spa, pool table, TVs with Netflix, board games, books and high-speed internet, you will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided as well as a washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, brand new oven and dishwasher and extensive cookware for the cooks amount you!

The house has been newly painted and updated with all new furniture and decor.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

All spaces are free for guests to access.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
