Welcome to Five Pines - the ultimate family and group fall & winter time retreat! Home located 5 mins to Walmart, Starbucks, Chili’s, LuLu’s on the lake snow cones and ice cream, Hector’s Mexican, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Brookshires, and a ton of other stuff located in the city. It’s great to unplug and feel like you’re in the country, but still have all the amenities you love. Enjoy the big game on the TV on the back deck. This home sits on three spacious lots, offering more outdoor space than any other lakefront property on Airbnb. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the extensive wrap-around deck. We provide endless entertainment options, including a kids' playset, inflatable waterslide, cornhole, and washer games. On the dock, there's a basketball goal for aquatic fun.

If you're planning a boat trip, we're just two minutes from both Big Chief and Tom Finley boat ramps. Plenty of floats are available. Indoors, you'll find a treasure trove of board games and essentials in the fully updated kitchen. The stylish black cabinets, gold handles, butcher block countertops, and farmhouse sinks add charm. All cooking needs are met, from cast iron pans to coffee machines.

We have updated with an amazing fresh green color to parts of the living room and kitchen, shown in pictures. We think you will love it.

The bathroom boasts sleek black cabinets, butcher block counters, and a farm sink, while the walk-in shower features modern black tile. The master bedroom offers the best water views directly from the bed. Sliding glass doors open from every rear room onto the wrap-around deck.

Smoking Joe's charcoal, gas, and smoker grill await on the deck. Birdwatchers will delight in the variety of avian visitors among the pine trees and cove, including ducks, woodpeckers, and herons. Our peaceful yard is a haven. Enjoy stunning water views from all rear rooms, with the sun setting directly behind the pines.

We painted some of the walls of the living room English Green, see pictures. We are going to be revamping and adding more new things we know you will love weekly. Please ask before booking if planning on any events or more than 12 people at the home at anytime. Water is only 3-4' feet deep at the back of cove. Water does fluctuate on this lake throughout the winter. When low it makes a sand beach that is amazing for kids and dogs. They love running around on the beach and down to water. Access by walking down boat ramp.

The guest will have access to the entire home, the empty lots on each side of the home that we own, and the boat dock. The garages are the only thing that will be shut off from guests for now. Please do not access underneath the porch. We have some items under there not available to guests. We do have a 55 gallon metal drum on the side of the house. There currently is no water in the cove and it may not be easily accessed as we have a sea wall. You can walk down the boat ramp. There may be weeds before you get to the water. We do try cut the grass were the water should be.

The home has a keypad and is open for you to come and go as you wish.

Home is the Sandy Shore neighborhood, which is very close to all the restaurants and shops in Gun Barrel city. It's a great, quiet, and safe neighborhood.

Home is just off 334/Main St. This road has most of the restaurants and shops that are at the lake. Chili's, Fernando's Mexican, Hector's, & Vernon's Lakeside, just to name a few. There is also a Super wal-mart 5 mins from the house. Most homes on the lake, you will have to drive 25 mins to any of this, so it's very convenient.

Additional rules
-We do not provide firewood. Lowe’s is where I usually buy wood.
-The washer and dryer and not for guest use at this time.
-There will be an event fee added for larger gatherings or 12 or more. This is done case by case. Please only message with details to inquire.
-Only guests over the age of 25 can request reservations. There will be a $500 charge for any violation of this rule.
-Under aged parties are strictly prohibited from being in my listing in accordance with U.S law.
-We do not provide charcoal or gas for the grill. Please bring charcoal or refill gas tank if needed. We can’t monitor each guests gas use, so have to do it this way.
-Lake levels fluctuate by 1-3' seasonally at this lake, please no diving. Please check with us.
-Please reach out to host before booking if planning to bring pets and let us know how many, size, and what kind they are.
