Mama bear has paved roads all the way to the house and is located at the back of a dead-end road. Although the drive is inclined and windy, the roads are well-maintained and deliver the most stunning mountain views. The Pigeon Forge strip is only 15 minutes from the property, but the house offers so much fun and enjoyment that you feel like your on vacation without leaving the house. In the summer, there is a community pool with free access to cool off on those hot days. In the winter, the hot tub on the back deck provides comfort and warmth for all to enjoy. Please be aware that Black Bears roam the neighborhood looking for food; do not feed them, don't leave trash outside the provided bins and never interact with the cubs.
