Important transparency note regarding noise
A nearby construction site has recently been active and may create daytime noise at times. This was not previously apparent, and we are sharing this clearly so future guests can make an informed decision before booking. While the main structural phase has concluded, intermittent disturbances may still occur during the day.

When using ride-hailing apps or giving directions to taxi drivers, mention True Digital Park as a landmark - it's well-known in the area and helps ensure accurate navigation to our location. Drivers will also be able to find Soi Sukhumvit 64.

For long stays over 20 days, an additional payment of electricity and ferry usage applies. In your stay, 5,000 baht of electricity pro rata per 30 days is included and the rest will be calculated upon exit and collected from the deposit registered in a credit card Airbnb Preferred+ provider. Deposit required. The amount of the deposit is always updated and stated at the checkout page before booking this Airbnb.

If the 5000 baht of electricity is not used, we will return the excess.
