Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy gas log fireplace and seamless access to a wraparound deck where you'll spend hours enjoying the fresh sea air and ever-changing views. The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for entertainers, complete with two ovens, a five-burner gas cooktop and everything needed to prepare anything from a relaxed breakfast to a family feast.

Outside, expansive lawns provide plenty of room for children to play, while adults can unwind with a morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon barbecue or simply sit back and take in the peaceful surroundings. The home's private setting creates a true sense of escape, yet you're only moments from some of the Mornington Peninsula's most loved attractions.

After a day exploring the region, retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with ensuite. With multiple living areas, two bathrooms, an additional powder room and thoughtful touches throughout, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

Located just minutes from Martha Cove Marina, local swimming beaches, walking trails and the popular Provincia Food Store & Café, you'll be perfectly positioned to experience the best of Mount Martha. Spend your days exploring the crystal-clear waters of South Beach, browsing the boutiques and cafés of Mount Martha Village, enjoying waterfront dining at Martha Cove or venturing further along the Mornington
Peninsula to discover wineries, golf courses, hot springs and coastal villages.

This coastal retreat comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, plus 1 sofa bed in the living space. Please see the layout below.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for the first towel set only).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and a hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and leave the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
