Things to Note: This home is self-catering, so be sure to stock up on your essentials at the nearby Walmart, just 1.5 miles away. We provide a small welcome kit to get you started, but additional items may be needed for the remainder of your stay.
Housekeeping & Trash: The property is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. No daily housekeeping is included, but mid-stay cleanings are available upon request. Please ensure trash is disposed of daily in the resort’s designated area.
Important Info About Pool Heating:
• Pool heating requires 48-hour notice and costs $35/day, with a minimum 2-day booking
• The pool heater operates via heat exchange and may not function optimally in cold weather. Refunds are not provided for heating issues due to weather conditions
Guests will have full access to the property other than the owners closet.
We are always available via platform messaging or via phone, and can be as involved or uninvolved in your stay as you prefer.
We will include a starter pack of supplies for your booking. For longer stays you may need to purchase some items.
Grill use is available for $35 per stay.
