About 80 square meters of honest comfort - nothing flashy, but plenty of space to spread out, cool down, and feel at home.

Set over two floors, the house is ideal for up to 4 guests. You’ll have air conditioning in every room, and your own parking spot in our family courtyard - no hunting for space after a long day out.

👉 A heads-up: From the main street, the neighbourhood might look a little... concrete. That’s just how our parents built it back in the ‘70s - practical, lived-in, and full of heart. Not social media -perfect, but real.

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen - Fully stocked with everything you need to cook or just make a decent coffee. Yes, there's a dishwasher - because dishes and vacation don’t mix.

Living Room - Not huge, but comfy. Sofa, TV, and a place to flop after beach walks or market mornings.

Main Bathroom - Clean with shower, washer, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, even toothpaste. Travel light - we thought of the little things.

UPPER FLOOR:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, soft sheets, AC, and direct access to a private balcony. Great for coffee mornings or late-night chats.

Bedroom 2 - Another comfy queen bed with fresh linens, AC, and that same peaceful vibe that makes naps feel extra good.

Bathroom 2 - Small but smart. Shower, sink, and everything you need to get ready for the day.

Balcony – Right off Bedroom 1. A small private spot for morning light or a quiet nightcap under the stars.

The house is completely yours. You’ll enter through our family courtyard from a quiet residential street, and your home is tucked away in the back - private, peaceful, and easy. There’s free parking right next to the house, and self check-in

❤️The spiral staircase adds charm, but it’s not for everyone. Not recommended for sleepwalkers or guests with limited mobility.

❤️The upstairs bathroom connects both bedrooms through private doors (no hallway needed), while the bigger bathroom is on the ground floor.

❤️This is part of our family property, so you might occasionally hear neighbors watering plants or greeting each other - just local life happening around you.

❤️We’ve stocked basics and extras: beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, toothpaste, and even a washing machine. You don’t need to bring much.

❤️Split’s historic old town is just a 15-minute stroll away, so you’re never far from the buzz of cafes, shops, and nightlife.
