Eagle Vail is widely considered the best location and neighborhood in the Vail Valley. You are situated right in between Vail & Beaver Creek, two world class ski resorts. Just minutes to both!
In the summer, Eagle-Vail offers an outdoor pool (in addition to your community pool), tennis courts, pickle ball & an incredible golf course. You can also cross country ski on the golf course in the winter. As a Guest, you will have access to all of these amenities and more.

You will have access to the entire private condo, including the kitchen, private patio or balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and dedicated workspace. You may also use the shared hot tubs and seasonal outdoor pool during their open hours. Self check-in is available via keypad, and free on-premises garage parking is provided for up to two vehicles.

SunRiver is ideally located in between both word class ski resorts; Vail and Beaver Creek. The bus to reach both locations is just one block away.

SunRiver itself offers year round outdoor hot tubs for Guests and an outdoor pool in the summer. This paticular condo backs to the river for an incredible, private setting and sounds of the river to fall asleep to.

There is one desinated parking spot for the condo that is inside the communities covered garage. There are also Guest spots.

The free bus is just a short block away and makes for easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek

This thoughtfully arranged studio condo makes the most of its living space. The queen Murphy bed folds down from the wall in the living room for sleeping and tucks away when you want more room to relax; a sofa bed provides additional flexibility. An electric fireplace adds a cozy focal point alongside the sounds of the river.

Enjoy a full kitchen, clean bathroom with bathtub, and a private patio or balcony with outdoor seating and dining space. The condo also includes: • Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace • In-unit washer and dryer • Smart TV, central heating, and clothing storage • Kitchen essentials including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, rice maker, and coffee • Family-friendly items including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and high chair (available upon request prior to arrival)
