Step into an airy open-concept main level where the living room, dining area, and modern kitchen flow together. A large sectional invites movie nights, while the kitchen features a center island with seating, stainless appliances, and everything you need to cook or graze. Upstairs and throughout the home you’ll find comfortable bedrooms (two with king beds, one with a queen, and one with bunks) plus multiple bathrooms so no one waits in line.
Outside, the included heated private pool and spa become the heart of the stay—sun loungers for relaxing, a BBQ for grilling, and plenty of space for kids or adults to unwind on the patio. Inside, a foosball table and high-speed WiFi keep everyone entertained, whether you’re working remotely or just hanging out.

You’re in a quiet, historic barrier-island neighborhood just a short walk from the beach, Ryckman Park, and the shops and restaurants along Ocean Avenue. Melbourne Orlando International Airport is only about 6–7 miles away. A car is recommended for exploring the broader Space Coast, but many of the best daily moments are right outside your door.

PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING!
HOUSE RULES ( Because someone did it and ruins it for everyone else- Don’t be that guy)

1. Renter Agreement
You must complete the renter agreement with ID capture after booking through our management software, Hospitable. This is required.

2. No Parties or Extra Guests
If you break this rule, you must leave right away with no refund. You will also pay a $750 deep clean fee plus any damage costs. (Plus a sheriff lives in our neighborhood and we know him well - lets not have him introduce himself to you).

3. Pets
Dogs only- must select pets. Any pet without approval = $250 fee.

4. Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana.
Breaking this rule = $750 cleaning fee. You may also be asked to leave.

5. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM every night.

6. No Glitter or Dye
Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, towels, etc. Primary renter is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

7. Biohazards
Please leave the home clean. Leaving bodily fluids for the cleaners to clean up costs a $500 fee.

8. Check-Out
No check-outs on major federal holidays. We may ask you to change your dates. (we give our cleaners days off too)
If you stay past check-out time without approval, you pay $50 for every 20 minutes you stay.

9. Hot Tub / Cold Plunge / Pool
* You must be 18 or older or have an adult supervising.
* Shower before you get in.
* No glass near the hot tub.
* No sunscreen, self-tanner, lotion, or cream on your skin when you enter.
* Use at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
* Turn the lights off and put the cover on when you finish (clips must be attached). If we have to drain and clean the hot tub because rules were broken, you pay a $250 fee.

10. Airbnb Experiences
Please do not book Airbnb Experiences during your stay. These are run by outside people who are not checked or insured by us or Airbnb. This rule helps keep everyone safe.
The main guest is responsible for everyone who comes into the home.

Smart lock self check in

We are reachable for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We will reach out to you a couple days after check in. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Many answers can be found in our digital welcome guide however if you cannot find the answer to your questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Melbourne Beach is a quiet, historic barrier-island town on Florida’s Space Coast with a relaxed, residential vibe and true Old Florida charm. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon, it offers an easy ocean-to-river lifestyle without the crowds or high-rises found farther north.
You’re just a short walk from the sand, Ryckman Park, and the shops and restaurants along Ocean Avenue. Ryckman Park is the community’s gathering spot—home to a playground, picnic areas, and the historic Melbourne Beach Pier (built in 1889), where locals fish, watch stunning lagoon sunsets, and sometimes spot dolphins or manatees. Ocean Avenue serves as the walkable heart of town, with casual dining and local spots perfect for post-beach meals.
The area is ideal for beach days, surfing, lagoon kayaking or paddleboarding, and peaceful evening strolls. A short drive opens up more of the Space Coast, including Sebastian Inlet State Park for world-class surfing and fishing. It’s a friendly, low-key neighborhood where the pace is slower and the natural beauty takes center stage.

The home is in a quiet, walkable pocket of Melbourne Beach. You can easily stroll to the beach, Ryckman Park, the historic pier, and the shops and restaurants along Ocean Avenue—perfect for beach days, sunset walks, and casual meals without needing a car.
For short local trips, many guests also enjoy biking (bike-friendly stretches exist along Ocean Avenue and parts of A1A).
Public transit is limited. Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) buses serve the broader area along A1A and into mainland Melbourne, but service is infrequent and not ideal as a primary way to get around.
A car is recommended for the most convenient stay—especially for larger grocery runs, exploring Sebastian Inlet, the mainland, or other Space Coast spots. Free on-premises parking is available. Uber and Lyft also operate in the area for rides when needed.
Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is only about 6–7 miles away.

Rental Agreement and ID upload required after booking
Our rental agreement states 50% due when you book and the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival. Airbnb has been rolling out the Reserve Now, Pay Later option which lets guests book without charging their card right away and Airbnb still pays us on our own schedule like normal.
